Case study

Zanami is a Spanish brand founded in 2020 by designer Sky Shu, whose creative direction is largely centered around the design of pants. The brand draws its entire visual world from Japanese culture, reflecting the designer and creative director’s personal taste and aesthetic preferences. However, despite having such a seemingly well-defined aesthetic vision, the brand lacked a solid branding structure.
        That’s why Sky Shu reached out to us. We gave Zanami a clear aesthetic and cohesive identity rooted in its core inspiration: Japanese culture. An eclectic style defines the brand’s identity—there are no corporate colors; instead, every shade coexists harmoniously, much like a Japanese street. To achieve this, we replaced any figurative logo with custom lettering, and in its place, created an icon system that integrates seamlessly with the brand’s typography and other elements. The rest is pure play.
